Debt Raising
Granite Advisory provides borrowers with independent debt solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. We work with our clients throughout the deal lifecycle- analyzing client needs, creating bespoke pitchbooks, approaching suitable lenders and investors locally and internationally, structuring and execution of the deal, and then managing the deal post-closure.
Risk Management
Granite Advisory offers a bespoke risk management advisory service, advising clients on quantifying, managing and hedging market risk, including FX risk, interest rate risk, commodity price risk, credit risk and equity price risk.
About Granite
Granite Advisory was founded and is headed by Alan Woodcock who brings 20 years of investment banking and financial markets experience. His career prior to Granite focused on fixed income, FX and credit structuring and trading at JPMorgan and Barclays Capital in London, Johannesburg and Moscow. Alan holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a MA in Politics from the University of Cape Town.
